JART

JART is a Moscow-based gallery founded in 2007. Since the establishment it specialized in art-consulting, organizing exhibitions of twentieth-century painters in parallel.

In 2015 JART took part in the international art fair Art Taipei, after which the gallery began to exhibit local and international contemporary art. In 2017 as part of Moscow Biennale of Contemporary Art, an exhibition “Private territory” was opened in JART. In 2018 the gallery has introduced an exhibition project “Dialogue of Myths” under the supervision of Kirill Svetlyakov which united artworks of Dagestan painter Aladdin Garunov and St.Petersburg-based sculptor Denis Prasolov.

The gallery accompanies every exhibition with an issue-related lecture by leading Moscow art-experts, such as Dmitry Gutov, Kirill Svetlyakov, Grigory Kazovsky.
