Fineart Gallery is one of Russia’s leading contemporary art galleries. Founded in Moscow in 1992 by Marina Obraztsova and Irina Filatova, recognized leaders of contemporary art in Russia, the gallery is located in the center of Moscow’s cultural life, the Winzavod CCA.
The gallery has held over 400 exhibitions, including at the Moscow Museum of Modern Art, the Russian Museum, the Tretyakov Gallery, and other public and private museums in Russia and abroad. Fineart Gallery participates in art fairs in Russia and abroad, as well as in international projects and auctions.
Over the years, more than100 artists have collaborated with Fineart Gallery. Among them are such renowned masters as E. Gorokhovsky, I. Vulokh, S. Shablavin, L. Bruni, I. Chelkovski, Z. Tsereteli, D. Shorin, I. Chuikov, V. Koshlyakov, V. Dubossarsky and A. Vinogradov, F. Infante, E. Steinberg, L. Kropivnitsky, A. Rukavishnikov, and others.
Discovering talent and discovering new names are two of the main goals of the Fineart Gallery. The gallery’s artistic strategy is based on a human approach by creating a space for communication between creators and connoisseurs. Works by many of the gallery’s artists are in the collections of major museums in Russia and abroad. The gallery displays painting, graphics, and sculpture.
