FUTURO is a contemporary art gallery founded in Nizhny Novgorod in 2016. Since 2024, the gallery’s primary exhibition program has been based in Moscow.

FUTURO is committed to supporting artists whose practices resonate with the gallery’s curatorial vision and engage critically with the contemporary world. Working closely with artists, the gallery develops exhibitions as spaces for dialogue between artistic practice, audiences, and the social and cultural realities in which artworks are produced and experienced. Rooted in collaboration and a shared sense of commitment, the gallery has grown into a community of artists, curators, and audiences connected by common values.

The gallery’s curatorial approach balances experimentation and precision, combining ambitious artistic propositions with rigorous exhibition-making and careful attention to detail. Each exhibition evolves through an ongoing dialogue between the artist's vision and the gallery's collaborative process, bringing together diverse elements in a dynamic interplay of innovation and established practice.

FUTURO gallery’s long-term strategy encompasses collaborations with galleries, museums, and artist-run initiatives. Through these partnerships, the gallery seeks to expand opportunities for artists at different stages of their careers, introducing new voices to the contemporary art landscape while supporting practitioners whose work is already helping to shape its future.
