Dawid Radziszewski Gallery

Dawid Radziszewski Gallery was established in 2013. Gallerist Dawid Radziszewski (b. 1984) is an art historian, independent curator, and the former owner of the Poznań based independent art space Galeria Pies (Dog). Radziszewski and the majority of the represented artists are from the same generation: All born in the 1980s.

During the recent past, the gallery has expanded its focus to include programs devoted to forgotten aesthetics of the past, namely Polish plastic art of the 1960s and 70s, and select phenomena from the peripheries of contemporary art including television, artistic textiles, and graphic design.

The program of the gallery — in addition to shows featuring represented artists — consists of historical exhibitions intent on rediscovering interesting artists and phenomena from the history of Polish art, as well as international exhibitions featuring the work of artists such as Louisa Gagliardi and Serban Savu.

The gallery has participated in many international fairs, e.g. Art Basel, Liste Basel, Frieze, Nada Miami, Paris International, ABC Berlin. The next fair after Cosmoscow is Viannacontemporary in Vienna and FIAC in Paris.

Artists presented at Cosmoscow 2019:Lev Povsner, Louisa Gagliardi, Joanna Piotrowska, Katarzyna Przezwańska, Marcin Zarzeka.
