Pogodina Gallery (formerly VP STUDIO) was founded in Moscow in 1999 to represent a new generation of Russian artists associated with the Moscow conceptual movement of the 1980s, as well as representatives of the St. Petersburg New Academy. The direction of the gallery can be defined as romantic conceptualism.
