PRO ART’s Gallery

PRO ART's Gallery is the first contemporary art gallery in Kaluga. Founded in 2018, it is part of an independent art institution - the contemporary art space PRO ART's, where a gallery, theater, library, restaurant and coffee shop are located on three floors of an 18th—century merchant warehouse.

Through the presentation of contemporary art, PRO ART's Gallery performs the role of an "entry point" into modern culture; forms a local art scene embedded in the general system of modern artistic processes. Exhibitions of contemporary art, performances, performances, readings of plays, concerts are regularly held here. The theater laboratory creates its own performances and tours theaters from other cities. The educational program includes lectures, forums and meetings with the participation of important figures of the art world. PRO ART's is the initiator and organizer of the annual interdisciplinary festivals of contemporary art.

PRO ART's Gallery presents contemporary artists working in the field of contemporary art with various media: painting, graphics, sculpture, object, photography, video art. The gallery's exhibition program is aimed at researching and presenting current artistic practices, promoting and popularizing contemporary visual art in the region, as well as forming a regional art market.
