FUTURO Gallery

FUTURO Gallery is the largest independent gallery of contemporary art in Nizhny Novgorod, founded in 2016. The hallmark of the gallery is a unique ruined space that has preserved elements of stucco and Art Nouveau decor, located in the building of the former apartment building of the City Society, a monument of architecture and urban planning of the XIX century.

The gallery is a cultural center that combines exhibition activities and education in the field of contemporary art, as well as supports local creative initiatives.

Working with invited curators, FUTURO has implemented many of its projects, including in collaboration with other cultural institutions. Regularly participates in contemporary art fairs. He is a member of the "Association of Galleries".

FUTURO presents both recognized artists — nominees and finalists of contemporary art awards, as well as actively developing young authors working in various techniques of artistic practice, such as painting, sculpture, graphics, photography, video, installation.
