Gallery "Vellum"

The Vellum Gallery was established in 2000. Russian Russian Art Gallery founder and director Lyubov Agafonova, an art critic, researcher and expert, collector of Russian art, development manager and advisor to the director of the Alexander Solzhenitsyn House of Russian Abroad Museum, sees popularization mission among the main goals.  For almost a quarter of a century of its existence, the gallery has held more than 100 exhibitions. He is active in publishing, engaged in scientific art criticism, discovers forgotten and unknown names, helps collectors, including beginners, in the formation of collections.

Russian Russian Art Gallery specializes in the art of the Silver Age (Russian Art Nouveau, Symbolists), VKhUTEMAS and nonconformists (the Second Russian Avant-garde), as well as engaged in educational and publishing activities. Now the gallery has become a multifunctional platform synthesizing exhibitions, author-curated excursions, concerts, creative evenings, lectures — both in its own space and in various museums — and also holds monthly auctions.

Artists represented at Cosmoscow 2023: Olga Soldatova, Yakov Chernikhov, Vladimir Akulinin.
