ILONA–K Artspace

ILONA–K Artspace Gallery of Contemporary Art, representing the best contemporary Russian artists, sees its mission in popularizing contemporary art in Russia, strengthening the position of Russian art through cooperation with leading artists and galleries, organizing exhibitions in our country and promoting Russian artists abroad. The founder of the gallery Ilona Kesaeva is an art critic, the daughter of Stella Kesaeva, founder and president of the Stella Art Foundation, a collector and philanthropist who has implemented a number of large—scale projects in the field of contemporary art, including as a commissioner of the Russian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale for four years, from 2011 to 2015. The gallery opened its space on the territory of the Mercury Tower of the Moscow City complex in September 2020, where it implements its own art projects.
