PRINTMAFIA and Format One

The joint stand of the art silkscreen printing studio PRINTMAFIA and the publishing house of print art Format One

PRINTMAFIA is a studio of hand—printed art silkscreen printing, founded in 2014 by Ildar Iskakov. During its work, the studio has released several hundred copies of prints by contemporary Russian and foreign artists and has made a significant contribution to the development of the culture of modern circulation graphics in Russia.

Format One is a publishing house and an online gallery of print art by contemporary Russian artists. Since 2014, the gallery, together with artists, has been practicing classical and experimental methods of manual art printing on paper, publishes small-print prints and cartoons, produces cultural and educational initiatives related to contemporary art and urban culture.
