The Cosmoscow Foundation for Contemporary Art will present projects showcasing the diversity of the current Russian contemporary art scene. They include: Igor Samolet's large-scale “Splash” installation (Cosmoscow 2026 Artist of the Year), the Tretyakov Gallery’s Samara branch installation “Common Kitchen” (Cosmoscow 2026 Museum of the Year), and the MIRA Creative Community’s stand dedicated to the future MIRA Museum in Suzdal (Cosmoscow 2026 Institution of the Year). The Collector’s Eye stand will showcase the collection of the winner of the Collector of the Year award, whose name will be announced at a press conference on September 3. In 2026, cultural projects and initiatives will be presented by RBC, the New Collectors Foundation, the Limonov Art Foundation, collectors Denis Khimilyayne, Mila and Denis Pak, and the Georgy Guryanov Apartment Museum.

The application period for the 14th edition of the Cosmoscow International Contemporary Art Fair has officially concluded. A total of 190 applications were received from galleries following the open call.

Cosmoscow has launched a new digital project featuring artists’ monologues, continuing its mission to promote contemporary art. The first artist to take part is Igor Samolet. In the new series, “What Am I Talking About?”, artists invite viewers into their studios and answer questions about their artistic practice.

On April 9 and 13, the Eliseevsky hosted events dedicated to the 13th Charity Auction of the Cosmoscow Foundation for Contemporary Art. Thanks to patrons, collectors, and partners united by their desire to contribute to the development of the arts, the event raised 18 million rubles. The proceeds will be used for the Foundation's projects dedicated to contemporary art support. Partners of the evening were: Sber Private Banking, R4S, Beluga, Tete de Cheval, and Edis.

In early February, the Collectors Club embarked on an art tour to Art Basel Qatar, the brand's debut fair in the Persian Gulf. The four-day trip included a comprehensive program, from a fair preview with leading art expert Daria Kirsanova and a VIP representative of the fair to visits to national museums and ethnographic villages.

The Cosmoscow Foundation has summed up the results of the Curator of the Year award. The aim of the new initiative is to celebrate the professional achievements of the curators and their contribution to the development of the contemporary art industry. According to the decision of the expert council, all five nominees became laureates in the first contest: Elena Kamenskaya, Ildar Galeev, Yulia Aksenova, Marina Bobyleva, Nadezhda Plungyan.
